On-Going Projects

Work has now started on our dressing room renovations made possible by a grant received by the Rotary.

Now complete is the full renovation of the green room. After waterproofing funded by a local donor, we were able to finally have a great green room. Final work on the green room was through a Eagle scout project led by Jeff Thornton. The actors now greatly enjoy having this common space for meeting prior to shows and resting during their offstage time.

The Cambridge Performing Arts Centre has completed another renovation. We have restored the front doors, replaced other doors, repaired the roof and replaced the heating system with a combination heating & air-conditioning system.

The lobby and stairway to the balcony have new walls, ceilings, lighting and carpet. This was made possible by grants received from the State of Ohio through MATC and the City of Cambridge.

We have also replaced the stage thanks to a grant from the Shepard-McManus fund and assistance from Ohio Valley Connections.

We still need to build a handicapped accessible restroom to make it possible for our friends and patrons to attend productions here at CPAC in comfort; repair and paint the walls and ceiling in the auditorium and repair and reset the seats downstairs. If you would like to help with this restoration, please call the theatre at 740-261-4304 or talk with a member of the Board of Directors. You can also send your contribution to:
